We strive to process and ship your order as quickly as possible. Our standard shipping time is within 3-5 business days. However, please note that during peak seasons or promotional periods, there may be slight delays. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

3. Returns and Exchanges

We are a small business and do not accept returns or exchanges. However, if your item arrives damaged (broken glass), we will happily offer a replacement of the exact same items damaged.

5. Limitation of Liability

Mad Candle Co. shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use or inability to use our products or services. Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product.

Returns/Exchanges

We do not offer returns or exchanges. However, in the rare event that your item/s arrives damaged (broken glass), we will happily offer a replacement of the same exact items damaged. 

If this happens, we have you covered. Please email info@madcandleco.shop a photo of the following ASAP:

1. A photo of the damaged item up close

2. A photo of the box, showing all the packaging used to protect the item

3. A photo of the shipping label on the box

Lost/Stolen/Packages Delivered to incorrect address

Once an order leaves our hands, it becomes the property of the shipper. If an item is lost, we will be unable to process a return. Please contact the shipping provider  to file a claim. A mishap such as this is completely out of our hands and is solely the responsibility of the carrier.

Order Processing Time:

Once you place an order with Mad Candle Co., our dedicated team works diligently to process and ship your order as quickly as possible. Most orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Please note that during peak seasons or promotional periods, order processing may take slightly longer.

Shipping Methods:

We ship via USPS and UPS and charge a flat rate of $8.95 for orders less than $100. Orders over $100 receive free shipping anywhere in the US. Once shipped, packages will arrive within 1-5 business days.

Order Tracking:

We want you to stay informed about the status of your order. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the progress of your shipment and estimate its arrival.
